I choosed this namespace because there is none registered that
deals with Oracle Siebel applications.
Specifically, this module will interact with the application
srvrmgr, so that's why the choice for Siebel::Srvrmgr. I believe
that the Siebel root namespace should be registered, but not
exclusively for me because that are many possibilities for modules
creation that are related to Siebel.
I'm still working in the modules that are part of the open source
project "Siebel Monitoring Tools". Since those modules are quite
generic, they could be reused for other needs than monitoring Siebel
servers.
The modules are "usable" right now, but they lack documentation
(which I'm writing) and a set of automatic test (still in my TODO
list).
