I am working at the other registered module File::Hierarchy::Rule
and I believe the right way is to have File::Hierarchy as the base
module used to manipulate hierarchies of files and the
File::Hierarchy::Rule as a module that goes further with
manipulating hierarchies based on a set of rules provided.
