Allows for the easy creation of a SIP2 SC (Self Check)client. SIP2
is commonly used in libraries (as in books) for communication with
self check systems, print management, and authentication systems.
There are several SIP2 ACS (Automated Circulation System) server
implementations floating around, but not a full SC written in perl.
The 3M::SIP2 namespace is used to avoid confusion with VOIP modules.
