WHM/cPanel does not cover the integration module with a webserver
NGINX (http://nginx.org/en/), but has a large number of functions
that require integration (creating account, adding a domain or
subdomain, to remove them, change the primary domain, the allocation
of dedicated IP addresses, etc.) So I want to create a module with a
separate name space containing all of these integration functions.
