rationale:
Win32::PrintBox discovers the environment in which it is started
(existing shell, new shell, or console-less (via wperl), and sets up
warn/die handlers, and output file handles accordingly.
Win32::PrintBox extends the functionality of Win32::Die for print
and warn statements.
Unlike Win32::GUI::Carp, Win32::PrintBox attempts to 'just work'
for existing perl scripts, without having to revise print/warn
statements to carp/croak/confess, etc.
The module is definitely Win32 specific, and belongs in the Win32::
namespace. The PrintBox name is a conflation of print and
MessageBox.
