why:
The main reason why I request a PAUSE account is to distribute a
Perl algorithm via CPAN. This algorithm has been created as part of
my research in bioinformatics and I feel that CPAN provides the most
natural way to distribute it. I might release future modules, but
right now only the algorithm is planned.
