My intention behind this namespace is to release a new
classification algorithm implemented in Perl, supported by a C
library. The algorithm is called the Decision Trunk Classifier and
is used to carry out binary classification of samples based on gene
expression data. "Algorithm" feels like the most natural root
namespace for this purpose. The Trunk Classifier is described in a
scientific manuscript that is still in preparation.
