The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid:       Echo::StreamServer
  DSLIP:       adpOp
  description: Echo StreamServer API
  userid:      ADROFFNER (Andrew Droffner)
  chapterid:   24 (Commercial_Software_Interfaces)
  communities:

  similar:
    LWP::UserAgent

  rationale:

    "Echo StreamServer" is a commercial REST API. A CPAN search shows
    that the top-level namespace "Echo::" isn't in use. Even when
    another project chooses "Echo::", it won't easily be confused with
    this.

    LWP::UserAgent is an HTTP client, and it is the Core REST API for
    Echo::StreamServer. Someone could write a simple "raw" client with
    it.

  enteredby:   ADROFFNER (Andrew Droffner)

The resulting entry would be:

Echo::
::StreamServer adpOp Echo StreamServer API ADROFFNER
