The Unix File System is still one of the most used filesystems. It
contains binary-packed databases ("quotas" files) at the root of the
filesystem that contain information about the user quotas.
This module provides an API to access and modify these databases,
and there is no standard unix command to do so.
The File namespace may not be the best place for this module,
although the module is an interface to a file format. Indeed, there
are other modules with tangentially similar purpose with similar
choice of namespace. Comments would be appreciated. The chapter I
have chosen is 7 (database interfaces)- a strange but perhaps
necessary choice for the File:: namespace.
This module has been released since 2005.
