We are developing perl modules with functionality to:
1. Prepare different types of GSM Messages (standard, flash,
unicode, concatinated, flash..).
2. Perform media convetion between different types of encoding
(Unicode, GSM 7-Bit, ISO).
3. Send SMS using ours, or another platform through http/smpp.
4. Fetch delivery reports and process them.
There are also plans to build up complete SMSC solution by adding
more modules into root namespece.
