Hi David,

I requested a PAUSE ID on the recommendation of a colleague.  With your
response, I've gone back to look at the RT page and do see that it's pretty
clear on authentication methods for logging bugs.  It could be a little
more clear that PAUSE ID's are  intended to be used by "CPAN authors
planning to upload modules".

At this time, it doesn't look like I need a PAUSE ID.
