It seems reasonable to place a module that communicates with
devices under Device. Then I wanted the device vendor to be part of
the name, and lastly i wanted a device type. I imagine other ZyXEL
devices to be placed under Device::ZyXEL, Juniper devices under
Device::Juniper::WHATEVER aso.
