BitBucket provides fairly rich RESTful API

There are bindings for many languages, but not for perl. The module
I hope to implement will fill this gap and fulfill similar role to
GitHub client modules I mentioned above.
Code stage: I am working on initial release and hope to upload it
within a week or so. I was advised to use this name on

PS I am not sure about chapter. It could be 03 or 15 as well.
