description: Class to access the function of translation
  userid: MILOVIDOV (Milovidov Mikhail)

  communities:

  similar:
Bing::Search::Source::Translation is already exist, but not working
commonly with new Bing Api. You must getting token access from
microsoft OAuth 2.0 service every time when you want use this class.

  rationale:

Lingua::Translate namespace already have some classes for access
different translation services. But, for example, Lingua::Translate
class not working, because http://babelfish.altavista.com/ redirect
to Bing Translator Page. Lingua::Translate::Google probably works,
but it is a payed service.

Lingua::Translate::Bing works and microsoft provided free access
    for no more than 2 000 000 characters/month.

  enteredby: MILOVIDOV (Milovidov Mikhail)
