why:
A higher level abstraction of Devel::Declare called
Devel::Declare::Lexer. Provides a lexer-like interface to
Devel::Declare, outputting a stream of tokens which can be
manipulated to extend Perl syntax using Devel::Declare.
Makes it much quicker to syntax extensions than using pure
Devel::Declare, it takes care of token identification, line
numbering and supports multiline statements, blocks and strings.
