rationale:
One year ago I wanted to unify Hash::Util, Hash::MoreUtils, and add
in the functions from Hash::MostUtils. I never got around to it.
Unfortunately I made unifying those two (now three) modules a
mental prerequisite for releasing Hash::MostUtils.
I may or may not embark on an effort to unify these three modules
into a single module. That work notwithstanding, the code presented
in Hash::MostUtils is novel in its approach to data manipulation, so
it belongs on CPAN.
