why:
Individual Shutterstock developers have various accounts which they
use to release code back to CPAN. Having a group account allows us
to assign ownership of CPAN code to the company, when there is no
single developer that we care to identify as the sole owner.
Currently we are planning to contribute DB::Transaction, which is
yet another encapsulation of "start a transaction, run code, roll
back on failure". Similar modules are DBI::Transaction and
DBIx::Transaction.
