The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid: Kelp
  DSLIP: adpOp
  description: Plack-centric micro web framework
  userid: MINIMAL (minimalist)
  chapterid: 15 (World_Wide_Web_HTML_HTTP_CGI)
  communities:

  similar:
    Dancer, Mojolicious

  rationale:

If you'll develop a Perl web app, chances are that you'll use Plack
to deploy it. Plack already provides most tools. Kelp just puts them
together and adds a powerful router, templating, logging and
enhanced PSGI testing. It's also extendable through modules.

Catalyst is ginormous. Mojolicious tries to rewrite CPAN. Dancer is
cute, but it's missing a good router. Web::Simple is awesome, but
it's a bit simpler than Kelp.

Why "Kelp"? Because it's light, but very nutritional.

The resulting entry would be:

Kelp adpOp Plack-centric micro web framework MINIMAL
