The following module was proposed for inclusion in the Module List:

  modid: Report:Porf
  DSLIP: cdpOp
  description: Perl Open Report Framework
  userid: JPR (Ralf Peine)
  chapterid: 23 (Miscellaneous_Modules)
  communities:

  similar:
    Report::*

  rationale:

    Perl Open Report Framework.

Open: you can configure, modify, replace, add any kind of reports.

Report: List or page based for text, html, latex, pdf, wikis, ...

Framework: To hold things together Fast: No interpretion at
runtime, only at configure-time, on my old 1Ghz WinXp Laptop more
    than 10.000 rows per second.

Perl: More "perl like", easy to configure also for unexperienced
perl programmers. GUI-Editors on top are possible, but actually not
    planned.

Goal: make most other reporting modules obsolet.

Prerelease: Under the name ERG (Easy Report Generator) I started
this new Framework to create reports using Perl. Have a look into:
    http://www.jupiter-programs.de/prj_public/erg/index.htm Only german,
sorry, but have a look into the code.

    Greetings, Ralf Peine
