rationale:
Net::CIDR::Lite can compress list of CIDR prefixes in smaller but
equivalent list of prefixes. But this module don't allow to assign
different values to prefixes (as in route table prefix -> next_hop).
If each prefix has value algorithm for table compression should be
completely different.
This module can be useful to reduce size of CIDR table (before use
in other software).
