why:
I was missing a Plack server adapter for SOAP::WSDL::Server: None
found. So I did implement one by myself and like to contribute it to
the CPAN community while get it tested by CPAN Testers (and maybe
cpanci.org sometime...).
My first Module will be SOAP::WSDL::Server::Plack, if the namespace
will get accepted.
