rationale:
This is a simple standalone server which speaks WebSocket (via the
Protocol::Websocket modules) (thus Net::*). It is unique because it
is standalone and self-contained rather than being a plugin for some
other web framework or event system.
So far, it has been a hassle to work with WebSockets in Perl (but
trivial in (for example) Node). I plan to fix that.
