Sorry -- forgot to CC the list.  Andreas found the delivery receipt
and we've discussed it with Chandrasekaran.  He's supposed to check on
the gmail end to see what happened.

This is not the first issue we've had.  I wonder if the PAUSE server
move lost us some email reputation.
