rationale:
This module allows to manage different versions of a configuration
file. It also propose to update an obsolete config file (according
to its version).
During an update, the user's modifications of the obsolete version
are propagated (while possible) in the up-to-date version.
Moreover, the configuration file is searched in some given places,
allowing to have a global application configuration file, a per user
configuration file, a per directory configuration file, and so on.
I developed this module because I wanted to have a Configuration
"File manager"; nevertheless, one can consider this module is a
"Configuration file" Manager too...
