Continuing in the Anansi system of ease of use, this module is a
component manager for Perl Script interaction. It determines which
module is the most appropriate available for the medium in which the
Perl script has been started and loads/binds that module's processes
to handle passed arguments, parameters, headers etc and stores
print-output until the script has ended, ensuring that output can be
built upon and modified as required independently. On to the next
module... :)
