  rationale:

    I work with DateTime objects a lot. In 95% of cases when I need to
    make them into strings, I want the "date time" representation, not
    with the T and not with time zone info.

    There is no such method easily available, have to combin ymd and
    hms or use format_cldr and lookup the codes.

    This functionality helps me alot and I think my DateTime usage
    pattern is fairly common so others might need it too.

The resulting entry would be:

DateTimeX::
::ymdhms RdpOp Common representations of DateTime objects TORBJORN
