I am trying to update the WebService::Eventful module but am having problems.
The original module was created by Chris Radcliff while he worked at Eventful.
I now work for Eventful and am trying to make an update to allow the module to
handle Oauth. I contacted Chris and he was able to give me permission for the
main WebService::Eventful module but when I try to upload I am getting this
error:

status: Not indexed because permission missing. Current registered
primary maintainer is RADCLIFF.
(The error is for the 3 sub modules of WebService::Eventful::JSON,
WebService::Eventful::REST and WebService::Eventful::YAML).
I asked Chris if he could give me permissions as well on the 3 submodules but
he said he couldn't figure out how to do that, all he could
see was the main module.
Can you either give me permission on the 3 sub modules or send me an
explanation of how Chris can do it? He is happy to give up the rights, he just
can't figure out how to do the submoduels. Thanks,
