Hash::FindDups Finds duplications in hash values and returns a hash
with the counts of each value. Array::FindDups Finds duplicate
elements in an array. Returns a hash where the array elements are
the keys and the counts are the values.
sort options will be included later
In the future, a bioinformatic module.
