rationale:
- Namespace
Hendrix provides some DSL for mod_perl apps. As it only works with
Apache I found the namespace "Apache::Hendrix" appropriate.
- Unique Approach
Instead of building on new technologies like Dancer, this provides
some slim DSL on top of the tried and true of mod_perl. The
application is very light weight, providing request routing and
optionally session support. Performance should not be impacted much
from it's operation.
I enjoy the power and reliability of mod_perl and the syntax from
Sinatra and Dancer and this is my attempt to join them.
