This module provides simple implementation of ssdeep fuzzy hashing
also known as Context Triggered Piecewise Hashing (CTPH).
There is also a Perl binding of binary libfuzzy libraries at
https://github.com/hideo55/Data-FuzzyHash but I don't see it in
CPAN. This is a pure-perl approach.
