CohortExplorer allows the user to build command-line custom
clinical data explorers.
As most of the clinical data is stored under the Entity Attribute
Value (EAV) schema so it becomes difficult to query as the variables
are stored vertically (i.e rows) rather horizontally.
With CohortExplorer the user can easily build and query data stored
under the EAV schema. CohortExplorer embeds SQL::Abstract::More
which allows the generation of complex SQL using Perl data
structures.
Moreover, CohortExplorer also allows the authentication, tab
completion of options, computing descriptive statistics and
exporting data in csv format.
