rationale:
This system provides DateTime mapping on both input and output to
PGObject stored procedure calls, as well as some other related
functionality. It can handle date, time, timestamp, and timestamptz
columns, and preserves whether timezones have been applied, whether
a date portion was entered, and whether a time portion was entered.
The module itself is rather trivial but the interactions are not,
meaning the test cases are more valuable than the code per se. This
offers a tested method of integrating DateTime objects to
PGObject-based frameworks.
