rationale:
I'm making this a child of Net::Webservice - that namespace is not
in use by any other modules I know of yet, but feels like a
reasonable namespace for HTTP web services, to distinguish them from
more general network protocols. It also matches up nicely with
Net::Async::Webservice::S3.
Net::Amazon::S3 already exists, but the name implies some vendor
specificity which no longer applies, as a number of other service
providers also provide S3-compatible services nowadays. I'd like to
create this new namespace to break away from that, as well as from
Amazon's old code which has occupied it.
