rationale:
Creates %hash's that can have multiple keys per value. In all other
respects behaves like a regular Perl hash. Other implementation
return peculiar keys (array refs) or require special instantiation.
This module provides a way for the developer to have a simple %hash
where looking up any of several related keys will return a value for
that key group.
