rationale:
This module provides a declarative syntax for mapping stored
procedures to PGObject methods so long as it can wrap an existing
call_dbmethod() function of the same reference or package.
The goal is to reduce boilerplate and allow for nearly (or
completely) declaratively written Perl modules which wrap database
functionality, at least when combined with Moo or Moose.
