First small distro is DBIx::Class::Result::Validation::Lite - a
cutdown version of DBIx::Class::Result::Validation using Moo instead
of Moose. Need to consult with DCRV author regarding namespace first
of course. Have a few other Moo-based alternatives to existing
Moose-based distros in the pipeline.
