rationale:
I figured that WebService is the best namespace for
UrbanDictionary, as I rely on a web service (UrbanDictionary's JSON
API) as well as modules like LWP::Simple and JSON.
There is a similar module, WWW::Search::UrbanDictionary, already on
the CPAN. However, it has not been updated in over 5 years and is no
longer compatible with UrbanDictionary's API (which has migrated
from a SOAP system to plain JSON queries).
