I contacted modules@perl to fix it and I got co-maint a few months
afterwards.

Using metacpan.org shows 0.04 (May 2007) as latest version
That's the official unmaintained version.
Using search.cpan.org turns up 0.06 (July 2013)
That's my unofficial, unauthorized fix.
metacpan knows about it but flags it UNAUTHORIZED in red.
Neither is there an author name in Makefile.PL and meta data files.
Yes, I never came to fix this also.
