why:
I have written a Perl module for generating XKCD-style random
passwords and made it available on GitHub
(https://github.com/bbusschots/xkpasswd.pm).
I've had a number of requests to add the module to CPAN, so I'd
like to do so. This is where developers expect to find Perl modules,
so it makes sense to distribute the module here.
