why:
I am a PhD student in Monash University. I do data mining with
Perl. There, I have developed a few algorithms which I could not
find in the Perl distribution which include DBScan Clustering, K-NN
Classification, LoF anomaly detection. I am happy to upload them to
CPAN repository for others to use.
