ETHER (she said yes already offlist) or RJBS come to mind for COMAINT.
Since there is C code, if RJBS is picked, he will be have to hand off
day to day to someone else like smith153/easym. While I could maintain
it, it is not advisable for a windows dev to maintain a mostly unix module.
