why:
I've been programming in Perl since the mid '90s, but have only
recently started upgrading my knowledge to 'modern perl', and have
written a couple of amateur-radio related modules that might be of
interest to others:
A parser for log files from an amateur 'weak signals' program.
A map generator that allows the amateur to visualise where in the
world their contacts are.
I'd like to submit these to CPAN!
