why:
I am planning to upload and maintain a fork of PDF::API2, with a
number of extensions and improvements. The owner of PDF::API2 (Steve
Simms) asked that I not use the PDF::APIn template (API4 in this
case), to reduce confusion, so I'm planning to call it PDF::Builder.
