Hello, this module (`URI::tcp`) doesn't exists in SOAP::Lite now... And about your proposal - pushing my URI::tcp to SOAP::Lite doesn't make sense - I don't have rights to push SOAP::Lite and I expect a user doesn't want to install whole SOAP::Lite if they only need URI::tcp (really tiny module)....
