I have a Perl 5 platform for rapidly building suites of business
applications. It allows you to provision CRUD tools with no code and
no DBA work, and more complex apps require just a little work. All
the client-side code is provided, and it's 100% mobile-responsive.
Plus, every app you build with it automatically includes a complete
API mode. It's not to everyone's tastes, but it works nicely and is
fairly complete. Just like Perl :)
