When this happens, you should try re-indexing the release. In most cases it 
will work the second time. You can do this from the PAUSE web interface — after 
you log in, click on “Force Reindexing” in the left sidebar.

You’ll then get a list of all the files in your CPAN author directory. Click on 
the checkbox next to the tar ball that failed to index, and then click on the 
“Reindex” button.

I’ve just done that for you, but in the future you’ll know what to do.
