Hi Added MANWAR to co-maintainers of Text::MediawikiFormat. Added MANWAR to co-maintainers of Text::MediawikiFormat::Blocks.
As before, I can't see Text::MediawikiFormat::Block, so I'm hoping MANWAR can get access to it via Text::MediawikiFormat.
If not you could get one of the other CPAN admins to try, or (as a last resort) rename it to something like Text::MediawikiFormat::BlockMode or Text::MediawikiFormat::BlockHandler.
