In 2005 Nathan Lewis (NATHANL) uploaded module Spreadsheet::WriteExcel::WebPivot to CPAN, but he misnamed the distribution in a way that CPAN::DistnameInfo confused it with Spreadsheet-WriteExcel. This even confused PAUSE, if you looked at permissions for Spreadsheet-WriteExcel.
I first tried to contact Nathan about this in 2015. I recently managed to connect with him on LinkedIn, explained the situation, and asked if I could transfer permissions to an account so this could be fixed, and his old release deleted, to remove the clash. Here’s his reply: I’ve transferred permissions, and am going to schedule deletion of the conflicting original release. Neil
