You uploaded R/RW/RWP/Domain-Details-1.230280.tar.gz and have tried to index it multiple. This is generating multiple errors, because the tarball includes the file _Deparsed_XSubs.pm, which declares many packages that are already on CPAN, owned by other people. Unpacking your tarball, it contains the directory for another distribution, called App-Domain, and a tarball for the release of that. I think you need to clean out the directory for Domain-Details before you do another release. Cheers, Neil
