why:
I have a DLX module that I would really like to put on CPAN because
I think that it would be something people could build on. Similarly,
I would like to work on a Sudoku solver using the DLX algorithm (I
made one in python during grad school, but would like to make one in
perl now as it's my primary language now). Similarly, I think that I
could make an n-queens solver and a Graph Decomposition solver with
it and would like to contribute that in the future when I get to
them
